Snowballer is a support tower — its own tooltip describes it as providing 'freezing AOE support' — that slows and, at max level, freezes groups of enemies with splash attacks. It has only 4 levels total, one of the shallowest and cheapest upgrade trees in this batch to fully max out.

Snowballer is not currently obtainable. It was originally unlocked by triumphing Outpost 32 on Easy difficulty during Operation I.C.E, then made available through a limited-time Robux gamepass (last known price 249 Robux) before being taken offsale.
Is Snowballer Worth It?
For existing owners, Snowballer is a very cheap tower to max out (only $3,670 total upgrade cost) with Lead detection from Level 0 and Flying detection unlocking at max level, making it a low-investment slow/freeze support option.
